Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Dream Flying Dress Photography LLC, where elegance takes flight against the iconic skyline of New York City. To ensure a smooth and magical experience for everyone, please review the following Terms & Conditions before booking your session.

1. Booking & Payments

  • Clients may secure their session with either full payment or a 50% deposit.

  • Deposits are non-refundable and required to confirm your session date and time.

  • The remaining balance (if applicable) is due no later than 48 hours before your scheduled photoshoot.

  • Failure to pay the remaining balance on time may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of your deposit.

  • All prices are in U.S. dollars and subject to applicable taxes.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Full refund: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session (and paid in full) are eligible for a full refund.

  • Deposit bookings: If your session was booked with a deposit, your deposit will be retained as a credit, valid for 12 months from the original session date.

  • Late cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will result in forfeiture of all payments made.

  • No-shows: Failure to attend your session without notice will be considered a cancellation with no refund or credit.

3. Rescheduling & Weather

  • If Dream Flying Dress Photography LLC must postpone your session due to inclement weather (e.g., heavy rain, thunderstorms, extreme wind), your session will be rescheduled at no additional charge, based on mutual availability.

  • If you wish to reschedule for personal reasons, we require 48 hours’ notice, and your deposit will be applied to the new date (valid for up to 12 months).

4. Late Arrivals

  • We value punctuality to ensure you receive your full experience.

  • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may forfeit part of their session time or incur a $100 fee per half hour if additional time is required to complete the shoot.

  • Please arrive ready to begin your session at the agreed start time.

5. Image Delivery

  • Your final images will be delivered within 15 business days after the photoshoot.

  • No need to sort through hundreds of test shots! Our team carefully reviews every image and selects the very best ones for you. This means you’ll only receive the most flattering, magical, and frame-worthy photos — no duplicates, no in-betweens, just the highlights that capture you at your absolute best.

6. Safety & Client Responsibility

  • Flying dress sessions are conducted in public outdoor locations. Clients are responsible for their own safety and should inform the photographer or assistant of any physical limitations or discomfort during the shoot.

  • Dream Flying Dress Photography LLC is not liable for accidents, injuries, or damage to personal property during the session.

  • Clients may be held financially responsible for damage to the dress or accessories caused by negligence.

7. Conduct & Companions

  • Our sessions are designed to be uplifting and enjoyable. However, rude, aggressive, or unsafe behavior may result in the immediate termination of the session without refund.

  • Minors (under 18) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

  • Only the booked client(s) and approved guests may attend the session.

8. Use of Images & Copyright

  • All images remain the intellectual property of Dream Flying Dress Photography LLC and its photographers.

  • Clients receive personal use rights to share and print images for their own enjoyment.

  • Commercial use, resale, or editing of images without written consent is strictly prohibited.

  • Dream Flying Dress Photography LLC reserves the right to use images and videos for marketing, social media, and promotional materials, unless the client requests in writing at the time of booking to opt out.

9. Force Majeure

Dream Flying Dress Photography LLC is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our control (including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or illness).

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of New York City courts.

By booking your session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
